MCLEAN, Va., July 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Freddie Mac (NYSE: FRE) announced today that it plans to issue two Reference Notes(R) securities in July. The company will issue $3 billion of a new two-year USD Reference Notes security, CUSIP number 3134A4VD3, due on August 17, 2007, and $4 billion of a new 10-year USD Reference Notes security, CUSIP number 3134A4VC5, due on July 17, 2015. Both issues will be priced on July 12, 2005, and will settle on July 14, 2005.
