MILAN--Italy's Autogrill SpA (AGL.MI), which runs airport shops and highway restaurants worldwide, said Friday it was considering splitting its airport duty-free unit from its eateries division, which has been suffering as cash-strapped travelers, particularly in Europe, skimp on roadside pit-stops.
