An area where we should have a clear plan before we do it. One thing we could do is put little advertisements on the outside of the site the way msn does it with little things you can directly buy. Fo us this might be goods or services from local merchants and we might decide to use IP address targeting. This might slow down the sites. We also might just put another button on the navigation bar that directs to the classifieds or the 411zoom directory. The idea should be innovative and the benefits need to accrue to the community.
